Are you looking for a place where you can share personal thoughts and experiences without worrying about them being public on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook?

Are you working through ptsd, trauma, things that are not always easy to carry alone? You may watch our podcasts, work with me 1:1 but I want to offer you a free space..

That’s exactly why I created a closed group, a space where you can share videos, voice messages, and written posts, and I’ll be doing the same.

This group is meant for more personal conversations, a place where I can share behind-the-scenes moments from my life, my parenting journey, relationships, and the real challenges I continue to face. I know many people who reach out to me are dealing with custody battles, court cases, or co-parenting with difficult ex-partners.

These are sensitive topics, and not everyone feels comfortable commenting on public forums. Some of you may want support but don’t know where to turn, or you may have gone through trauma that you’d rather not discuss openly in large Facebook groups or other public spaces.

That’s why I created a private Discord group. Discord is an app that you can install on your phone, and once you get used to it, it’s very easy to navigate. The group has different threads, one for personal videos I’ll be sharing, another for written messages, and a section where you can start your own conversations, post videos, share voice messages, or write about what’s on your mind.

Your level of participation is entirely up to you. You can simply read, watch, and listen, or you can actively contribute.

If you’re interested in joining, this group is invite-only. You can request access by messaging me on whatever platform you’re seeing this on, or through the contact form here on my website, and I’ll send you an invitation.

We’re living in times where many people are facing deep personal shifts and initiations, and I want to provide a space for open, supportive conversations. While you’re always welcome to work with me one-on-one through private sessions, this group is completely free, a place where we can be more open and real with each other.
