Refund and Cancellation Policy
Live Sessions:
Your booking of coaching/hypnosis/healing/channeling sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, I also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis.
You may cancel a booking of a live session within 24 hours of booking and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request through the contact form.
Energy Reading/Art/Bundles:
There is a waiting list as long as 5-8 weeks for some of the more in depth readings/bundles/art, this is clearly stated on the webpages where this applies. Payment is acknowledgement and agreeing to this time frame. This is not a valid reason for requesting a refund.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request through the contact form. Any energy reading/bundles/art orders older than 24 hours can not be refunded.
