Where should I contact you?

If you have questions, inquiries, or work-related messages, please use: my website contact form, to interact with my work you can comment on my Substack & YouTube channels. Comment and messages sent through those channels are read and answered during business days. I respond within 48 hours on business days.

How do I book a service?

All services are booked through my website using the booking links provided there. It will always clearly state whether it is a Live videocall, pre-recorded file or other.

What happens after I book?

After booking a Live call, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with:

• your session date and time
• the Zoom link (if applicable)

Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

+ I will reach out to you also to confirm that I have received your booking.

After booking a pre-recorded reading I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours with any additional information or instructions if necessary.

Any information about refunds/cancellation can be found in the website footer + this is also applicable to deposits when requesting a payment plan

Do you offer emergency or last-minute sessions?

I’ve only been able to do this in very exceptional circumstances, within longer-term counseling relationships with trusted clients. It’s not about not wanting to, but about realistically not having the time capacity.

Are sessions recorded?

For all pre-recorded readings you receive an mp.3 file that’s yours to keep. For Live sessions you receive a recording links through Zoom so you can revisit the session and integrate at your own pace.

Can I share my recording with others?

That is entirely your choice. I do recommend spending significant time sitting with the energy on your own. At times, I create stories or educational articles based on my work, but private details and names are never disclosed.

Do you work with children or on behalf of someone else?

In general, sessions are conducted with the person receiving the work present and consenting. I do offer soul contract work, which is carried out without entering the energetic field of the other party, as I work solely with your energy. In the case of children under 12, I can work with them through your energy and directly with their higher selves. For children over that age, I work with your field and the area of energetic overlap where the soul contract exists.

Can I combine multiple questions or topics in one session?

Yes, within reason. If your situation is complex or spans multiple themes, it may be better supported through:

• multiple sessions
• or longer term counseling

You’re welcome to ask for guidance on what format fits best.

What if I’m not sure which offering to choose?

If you genuinely feel unsure, you may send a brief, focused message outlining:

• what you’re looking for
• what you’re currently navigating

I can point you in the right direction, I can not design full plans over email, so if this requires a shorter chat, feel free to book a 30 minute session and together we can see what your next step should be.

Can I add counseling or healing integration after a reading?

Yes, most reading offerings have the option to include a live integration call, where reflection, interpretation, and next-step support can be offered. If you would like to book a follow up call later you can also simply book one here.

What is a Soul Contract reading and is this the same as a Book of Life reading?

They are related but distinct, they both go into your akashic records but for different purposes. The Book of Life bundle looks at your personal soul journey and broader timeline material. A Soul Contract reading explores the shared soul history and contract between you and another soul, focusing on purpose and obstacles within that connection.

Is this a “past life” reading?

You might hear the term past life used in other contexts, but this reading treats your soul’s history as non-linear and multidimensional, meaning all your soul-aspects exist simultaneously rather than strictly “past” or “future.” The emphasis is on what your soul is experiencing and integrating now, not on linear chronological timelines.

How do I apply or begin 1:1 longer term counseling with you?

To begin, you’ll fill out an application form so we can connect your intentions, history, and what we might focus on together before starting. All details on what to expect during our time together can be read here.

Can I request a custom portrait or art around a specific theme?

Yes, the Soul Portrait is a custom commission created for you. You can indicate what you feel drawn to explore (e.g., personal energy field, relational themes, or spirit ally presence) when you order the commission, but you can not determine the artistic outcome of the work, as this is an entirely channeled work where the guidance will come from your higher self.
